ADAC MX Masters – Gaildorf – KTM Kosak Racing holen mit Roan van de Moosdijk und Bradley Mesters das RED PLATE

Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen und vor der eindrucksvollen Kulisse der legendären Strecke in Gaildorf erlebten die Fans an beiden Renntagen hochklassiges Racing.

In der Teamwertung bestätigte das gesamte KTM Kosak Racing Team seine Dominanz: Sowohl die „Young Talents“-Wertung als auch die Teamwertung der MX Masters gingen an Team Kosak. Mit der besten Gesamtleistung über alle Klassen hinweg setzte das Team ein klares Ausrufezeichen.

In der Königsklasse der MX Masters zeigte Roan van de Moosdijk erneut seine Klasse. Am Samstag eröffnete er das Rennwochenende mit einem souveränen Sieg im ersten Lauf. Im zweiten Rennen am Sonntagvormittag fuhr er auf den zweiten Platz und hielt damit seine Spitzenposition in der Tageswertung. Im dritten Lauf jedoch wurde er von einem technischen Problem ausgebremst: Drei Runden vor Schluss sprang ihm in einer tiefen Rille die Kette ab. Dank schneller Eigenreparatur konnte Roan das Rennen fortsetzen und sich noch bis auf Platz acht vorarbeiten. Dieser Zwischenfall kostete ihn zwar den Gesamtsieg, doch mit Rang drei in der Tageswertung übernahm er die Führung in der Meisterschaft.

Im ADAC MX Youngster Cup erlebte Bradley Mesters ein Wochenende mit schwierigen Starts. In allen drei Läufen musste er sich von weiter hinten durchs Feld kämpfen und fand dabei nicht ganz seinen gewohnten Rhythmus. Dennoch sammelte er mit den Plätzen fünf, sieben und sieben wichtige Meisterschaftspunkte, die ihm halfen, seine Gesamtführung zu behaupten.

Ebenfalls im Youngster Cup überzeugte Valentin Kees auf dem anspruchsvollen Ex-WM-Kurs mit einer starken Leistung. Zwei dritte Plätze in den ersten beiden Läufen und Rang vier im letzten Rennen bescherten ihm am Ende punktgleich mit Mads Fredsoe den vierten Platz in der Tageswertung. Aufgrund der besseren Einzelergebnisse ging der dritte Rang jedoch an Fredsoe. In der Meisterschaft belegt Kees aktuell den achten Platz.

Im ADAC MX Junior Cup 125 belegte Korbinian Kees mit den Plätzen 17 und 18 in den beiden Läufen den 19. Gesamtrang. Teamkollege Oliver Jüngling erreichte Rang 25 im ersten und Rang 20 im zweiten Rennen, was ihm Platz 24 in der Tageswertung einbrachte.

Im ADAC MX Junior Cup 85 zeigte Simon Hahn eine starke und konstante Leistung. Mit Platz sieben im ersten und Rang vier im zweiten Lauf sicherte er sich den fünften Gesamtrang und liegt aktuell auf Platz acht in der Meisterschaft. Evan Frost beendete seine Rennen auf den Positionen zwölf und neunzehn, was ihm Rang 16 in der Tageswertung und Platz 14 im Gesamtklassement einbrachte.

ADAC MX Masters – Gaildorf, August 9/10, 2025 – KTM Kosak Racing take the RED PLATE with Roan van de Moosdijk and Bradley Mesters

In summer temperatures and in front of the impressive backdrop of the legendary Gaildorf track, fans enjoyed top-class racing on both days.
In the team standings, the entire KTM Kosak Racing Team confirmed its dominance: both the “Young Talents” classification and the overall TEAM went to Kosak. With the best overall performance across all classes, the team sent a clear message.

In the premier MX Masters class, Roan van de Moosdijk once again showed his class. On Saturday, he opened the race weekend with a commanding victory in the first moto. In Sunday morning’s second race, he finished second, maintaining his lead in the day’s standings. In the third race, however, a technical problem slowed him down: three laps before the finish, his chain came off in a deep rut. Thanks to quick self-repair, Roan was able to continue and work his way up to eighth place. This incident cost him the overall win, but with third place for the day, he took over the championship lead.

In the ADAC MX Youngster Cup, Bradley Mesters faced a weekend of difficult starts. In all three races, he had to fight his way forward from further back in the pack and couldn’t quite find his usual rhythm. Nevertheless, with fifth, seventh, and seventh place finishes, he collected valuable championship points that allowed him to keep his overall lead.

Also in the Youngster Cup, Valentin Kees impressed on the challenging former GP circuit with a strong performance. Two third places in the first two motos and fourth place in the final race left him tied on points with Mads Fredsoe for fourth place overall. Due to better individual race results, Fredsoe took third. In the championship standings, Kees currently sits in eighth place.

In the ADAC MX Junior Cup 125, Korbinian Kees finished 17th and 18th in the two motos, placing 19th overall. Teammate Oliver Jüngling took 25th in the first and 20th in the second race, ending up 24th overall for the day.

In the ADAC MX Junior Cup 85, Simon Hahn delivered a strong and consistent performance. With seventh place in the first and fourth in the second race, he secured fifth overall and currently holds eighth place in the championship. Evan Frost finished his races in 12th and 19th, earning 16th overall for the day and moving to 14th in the standings.
